Depression: Please fight it!


Competition has gone to such a extent that it has killed the hope of living the Life. Stress in our daily life is leading to burnout stage and the kind of depression we are facing; at times we find all doors of hope closed in our life









In these couple of day’s I heard about minor’s who committed suicide. It’s so easy to blame external factors such as Films, Media etc. Main point is why we are not able to fight depression and stress and why we are not able to understand the warning signs of depression among our friends, family members and even with our self?


Minors at this age can’t express that they are in stress to which they normally tend to say that they are not feeling well.


We should try to understand the silence of our loved ones rather regretting in silence for not giving the support, love, motivation and the helping hand required by them during their crucial times.


“Every problem vanishes when faced boldly’’……. Everyone please be strong, no problem is small or big, try to find out some solution as every problem has a solution. Communicate it with your friends, family member’s colleagues or senior’s anyone


Go out on a vacation; socialize with optimist and positive people and not to remain in isolation, never when anyone of you who is in depression.


Be happy and live life, it’s so very beautiful and face the challenges of life rather opting to suicide, it not only kills you but also your loved ones though they are alive

  1. Depression is nothing but our state of mind. I heard few days back from one of the mdecial practitioner that this disease is more dangerous than cancer or heart attack and it is really wide spreading as well. During recent time everybody is in race as Aamir Khan said in his film 3 Idiots. I really feel that only, what one should do is whenever he loves to do. We should not compel ourselves to do something which we really do not like, that gives you negative feeling right from the beginning. I can share two examples of depression from our own experience

    Saving from Depression

    I and Rohit sir started accounting practice long back when we were in 12th standard. That time our aim was pocket money. Gradually things have improved and we completed our graduation and took accounting practice as a career. Our clientele has increased and we both use to go to client place. Somehow Rohit was not feeling comfortable in doing accounts. We both use to get irritated sometime while discussing accounts. Then we came across datamatics contract, that time Rohit has handled whole contract all alone with the maximum closing. I remember we stood second top recruiter in datamatics in first year itself. Then we have realized that Rohit’s main area of interest was recruitment and not accounts. Had he continued in accounts surely one day he would have gone into depression. But since he has chosen right thing to do results is in front of you guys. So friends to avoid this most dangerous disease we should do what we really like to do.

    Falling into Depression

    This is example is of my own, when I have cleared my CA and started doing job. I always use to scare, thinking about my future. I always use to think negative during my study time and even at the start of career also. This led me into deep trouble because every time I planned to start something, first thing comes in mind what if it will not happen. Then I started to think consequences of failure of plan. Which again result into more negative analysis. This process has gradually resulted into depression. I remember during that time I could not walk alone and I always scared off crowded area. Then when we four came together and started our practice, I realize that everybody is of positive thinking, nobody gets negative thought about their future even though they were in same condition I was. And all three have supported me very well and today situation is that even if something really goes negative then also I think that there is some opportunity in it let us grab it.

    So what I mean to say here is that your friend circle plays a very important role in your thinking as well. Always have friends (people) of positive mind around you and if some body is like me (negative mind) do not leave him but try to make him positive.

    Depression is a cluster of negative thoughts , more you think over it, it will become more and more complex and you will be surrounded by negatives thoughts. These negative thoughts will attract negative people around people, making the situation worst.

    Mostly people depress due to their incompetency in geting the disired result. They regulerly fight with this thought. Dont get into it. The first and the most important thing in life is a "BEAUTYFUL LIFE" So first focus on the making good life than think of career.

    I think depression is not for us, as we have many things with us and they are

    1. We carry our own environment
    2. We use pause and Response theory
    3. We use COC & COI

    I have lot of e.g of depression but i thing forget them , we dont know what is the meaning of "Depression" Just move ahead in life , accept what comes and do your best.
