An Example of Change

Three years before, the ground for cricket was more predictable namely :

1.There were couple of major player who use to dominate the or were consistent in team
2. It was well known that there were a lot of favoritism, redtapism etc were the norm of the BCCI.
3. Only couple of young players would get the chance to debut in the team at national level
4. A lot of names would die without being seeing the light of the day in national cricket, leaving ranji which was not being much followed or as many of us were not following or hardly being discussed.
5. The news paper were generally filled up with the Politics which was going in the BCCI.
6. A player was pathetically questioned when the form was down, and the age was adding fuel to the fire. No more fit was the talk of the town when a senior player was not working well.

Then came the Indian Premier League ! and the wind of change for individual player in particular..the question is how?

Here is the change...

1. Now a lot of new players who were not even have thought of or say would have only dreamt of getting a chance in the Indian Team have got the chance to play at IPL which has been well coverd at the International Level.

2. The remuneration they must be getting would definitely have helped to justified the sacrifice they have made in the path of cricket.

3. They have got the platform to show there performance besides playing in Ranji which made a good possible chance of getting in International Cricket.

4. The so called OLD GUYS who would have taken the retirement and would have burried under the sand of time, have taken a breath of new life or rather say, theay have become a big threat to the new comers with their consistent performance.

5.What to say about the advertisement contract they are getting.

6.Know the parents whose child is inclined to Cricket has an answer the lack of oppourtunity which was a fear to lot of them for a stable life.

7.Young guys of the age group form 18 to 23 are getting good chance to play the International level cricket.

8.A lot of Indian Players are getting a chance to do a Captaincy which they would not have got under normal circumstances.

So next time any of your child, brother etc. is getting inclined to Cricket I'm sure that is going to give some smile on your face...Isn't it..

That is change..a change of time..a change in opportunity in the same world in the same format fo sport and a change in the aspiration in the line of cricket..

A rightly said CHANGE IS ONLY PERMANENT.....

Excellence

During one of the Cricket match in Mumbai, Amir Khan was sitting next to Sachin Tendulkar. In is next day interview to one of the leading news paper, Amir releaved that during the course of match, Sachin was forecasting the way the bowler would bowl the next ball and to his awe, it went exactly the same, most of the time.

Amir was awed by the perfection and excellence of sachin in his game ( though Amir is also one of the known perfectionist and we have seen that )

In the Book Talent is overrated, the author has researched that all the top performers have put it there consistence effort in the area of work they are into. During most of their preparation, it was not the competition with other that they have focused, but it is to overdue oneself has been the constant area of effort.

During the course of our working days, the most satisfied days are the one, where we have overdone ourself, stretched our limit, and have raised the bar for us...

and that should be the consistent effort...
